students studying at Roseville High School

Roseville High School boasts an exciting curriculum with over 140 courses including advanced placement and college prep classes.

Preparing students for success in the world of work is an important component of the district's educational program. As part of the process, we have joined with other Macomb County districts in adopting a set of Career Pathways designed to help students choose classes that are aligned with their future career goals.

Students learning auto mechanics at Roseville High School

Roseville High School is creating a Makerspace in the media center, and they would love your help!

The school is looking for funds and supplies to create a space for students to learn, create, tinker, experiment, and discover. The library has been virtually unused for many years due to budget cuts. If the project is funded, the space will be completely redesigned to make it one that is student centered and highly engaging. RHS students are leading the charge in creating the different areas that will appeal to all types of students. They will offer everything from a reading area to electrical circuits to fabrication. Students and staff will have access to the Makerspace before school, during school, during lunch, and after school. A Makerspace is for ALL students. From the valedictorian to our most limited student, there will be something that appeals to them and will have a place where they are able to think at rigorous levels.

In addition to funds, the school is looking for the following supplies:

* 3D printer filament

* Soldering stations

* Small electronics boards

* Resistors

* Wires

* Hand tools

* Small power tools (drills, dremel, etc)

* Sewing machines

* Storage

Thanks for your consideration! Your donation will give RHS students a unique experience that will surely allow them to thrive, grow, and discover new skills that they may have otherwise never had any experience with.
